How do I put my Fire or Security Alarm on test?
Check your monitoring agreement for your account number. If the number begins with a K16, 801, 804, 790, 694, or 435 you will call Rapid Response Monitoring at 877-411-7819. If your account number contains 4 numbers with letters such as DMP or M for example (0000M or 0000DMP), you will call 800-624-1180. If your account number begins with a 442 or 904 you will call Affiliated Monitoring at 800-434-4000.
Give the representative your account number and/or password and inform them how long you would like your system on test. If you have any questions, please call us at the office at 732-730-8880.
